{"id":324,"date":"2021-04-23T18:28:35","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T18:28:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tkd.samil.cz\/?page_id=324"},"modified":"2022-11-22T22:47:32","modified_gmt":"2022-11-22T22:47:32","slug":"kompozice-podrobne","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/samil.cz\/tkd\/?page_id=324","title":{"rendered":"Kompozice &#8211; podrobn\u011b"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fullColumn standardVerticalSpace horizontalPaddingFull\">\n<div class=\"fullColumnWithImage\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div id=\"ctl00_contentPlaceHolder1_obsah\">\n<p>Taekwondo se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pohyb\u016f, vzor\u016f, tr\u00e9ninku (otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed), sparringu a technik sebeobrany, je\u017e jsou tak t\u011bsn\u011b spjaty, \u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 u\u010dit se jednu \u010d\u00e1st bez druh\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pohyby jsou nutn\u00e9 pro sparring a vzory, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 vzory i sparring jsou nepostradateln\u00e9 pro perfektn\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch technik.<\/p>\n<p>Na obr\u00e1zku n\u00ed\u017ee je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 rozli\u0161it za\u010d\u00e1tek cyklu od konce. Ve skute\u010dnosti zde nen\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1tek ani konec. \u017d\u00e1k zjist\u00ed, \u017ee se bude muset znovu a znovu vracet k\u00a0z\u00e1kladn\u00edm pohyb\u016fm, aby zdokonalil svoji vysp\u011blou techniku sparringu a sebeobrany.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pohyb p\u0159edstavuje ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f \u00fatok na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed c\u00edl nebo obranu proti ur\u010dit\u00e9mu \u00fatoku. Je nutno se nau\u010dit tolik z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pohyb\u016f, kolik je jen mo\u017eno, a dov\u00e9st je k\u00a0\u00fapln\u00e9 dokonalosti tak, aby \u017e\u00e1k mohl \u010delit ka\u017ed\u00e9 situaci v\u00a0boji se sebed\u016fv\u011brou. Vzor \u017e\u00e1ka uv\u00e1d\u00ed do hypotetick\u00e9 situace, kde mus\u00ed s\u00e1m pou\u017e\u00edvat \u00fatoky, proti\u00fatoky a obranu proti n\u011bkolika protivn\u00edk\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky neust\u00e1l\u00e9mu procvi\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto vzor\u016f se \u00fatok a obrana stanou podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdm reflexem. S\u00edla a p\u0159esnost mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vyvinuta na tak vysok\u00fd stupe\u0148, aby bylo zapot\u0159eb\u00ed pouze jedin\u00e9ho \u00faderu k\u00a0zastaven\u00ed protivn\u00edka, tak\u017ee \u017e\u00e1k se m\u016f\u017ee ihned oto\u010dit a blokovat \u010di \u00fato\u010dit na dal\u0161\u00edho protivn\u00edka. Vzory se od sebe li\u0161\u00ed, aby bylo mo\u017eno rozv\u00edjet reakce v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Jakmile \u017e\u00e1k zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vzory, m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt pou\u017e\u00edvat fyzickou zru\u010dnost z\u00edskanou ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pohyb\u016f a vzor\u016f pro sparring proti skute\u010dn\u011b se pohybuj\u00edc\u00edm protivn\u00edk\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u011b se sparringem mus\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k za\u010d\u00edt rozv\u00edjet sv\u00e9 t\u011blo a utu\u017eovat prost\u0159edky pro \u00fatok a blokov\u00e1n\u00ed, aby byl p\u0159i skute\u010dn\u00e9m boji schopen zp\u016fsobit co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161kodu. Jakmile si \u017e\u00e1k osvoj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pohyby, vzory, sparring a otu\u017e\u00ed se, nast\u00e1v\u00e1 pro n\u011bj \u010das, aby si vyzkou\u0161el svou koordinaci, rychlost, vyrovnanost a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed proti spont\u00e1nn\u00edm \u00fatok\u016fm, t.j. sebeobranu. \u017d\u00e1k zjist\u00ed, \u017ee se neust\u00e1le vrac\u00ed k\u00a0z\u00e1kladn\u00edm pohyb\u016fm, i kdy\u017e dos\u00e1hl nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho mo\u017en\u00e9ho stupn\u011b dokonalosti techniky sebeobrany. Jedn\u00e1 se v\u011bt\u0161inou o\u00a0<strong>kombinaci ur\u010den\u00e9ho postoje s\u00a0n\u011bjakou p\u0159esn\u011b danou technikou rukou, nohou \u010di jinou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla<\/strong>\u00a0(nap\u0159. hlava),\u00a0<strong>nebo i jej\u00edmi kombinacemi<\/strong>\u00a0(nap\u0159. ruce a koleno). Taekwondo ITF jako takov\u00e9 obsahuje na t\u0159i tis\u00edce p\u0159esn\u011b popsan\u00fdch technik.<\/p>\n<p>Jednotliv\u00e9 techniky v\u00a0taekwondu d\u011bl\u00edme podle n\u011bkolika hledisek. Jako prvn\u00ed hledisko n\u00e1m jist\u011b poslou\u017e\u00ed fakt, zda se jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0techniky \u00fato\u010dn\u00e9, nebo techniky obrann\u00e9. D\u00e1le m\u016f\u017eeme d\u011blit techniky podle toho, zde je vykon\u00e1v\u00e1me pomoc\u00ed rukou, pomoc\u00ed nohou, nebo pomoc\u00ed sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdch parti\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u011b s\u00a0tr\u00e9ninkem z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pohyb\u016f mus\u00edme tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1t na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b \u00faderov\u00e9 (kontaktn\u00ed) plochy ve v\u0161ech technik\u00e1ch a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b pak vit\u00e1ln\u00ed (citliv\u00e9) m\u00edsta na t\u011ble soupe\u0159e. Pouze velmi dobrou znalost\u00ed v\u0161ech t\u011bchto v\u011bc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt na\u0161e obrana nebo \u00fatok efektivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Proto tak\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny studenty taekwonda shrnul tv\u016frce tohoto um\u011bn\u00ed sebeobrany, korejsk\u00fd gener\u00e1l Choi Hong-hi, to nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k\u00a0n\u00e1cviku taekwonda do tajemstv\u00ed tr\u00e9ninku.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"nodot\" name=\"Tajemstv\u00ed tr\u00e9ninku taekwonda\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"d\">\n<h3>Tajemstv\u00ed tr\u00e9ninku taekwonda<\/h3>\n<p>autor: gener\u00e1l Choi Hong-hi (1918 &#8211; 2002)<\/p>\n<p>Star\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslov\u00ed \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee ani nebe nem\u016f\u017ee z\u00a0piln\u00e9ho d\u011bln\u00edka ud\u011blat chud\u00e1ka. Av\u0161ak u taekwonda p\u00edle nebo intenzivn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink samy o sob\u011b nevedou ke kvalitn\u00edm technik\u00e1m. Byl tvrd\u011b uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n nap\u0159. i v\u00a0situaci, kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo zp\u016fsobil smrt nebo zran\u011bn\u00ed zcela n\u00e1hodn\u011b. Proto\u017ee syst\u00e9m sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho sparringu nebyl je\u0161t\u011b vyvinut, nebylo v\u00a0tomto prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro \u017e\u00e1ka bojov\u00fdch um\u011bn\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 cvi\u010dit nebo zkou\u0161et svou individu\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edlu a zru\u010dnost proti skute\u010dn\u00e9mu protivn\u00edkovi. To br\u00e1nilo individu\u00e1ln\u00edmu rozvoji, ne\u017e jeden cvi\u010denec, kter\u00fd byl nadan\u00fd p\u0159edstavivost\u00ed, vytvo\u0159il prvn\u00ed vzor.<\/p>\n<p>Vzory jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pohyby p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fato\u010dn\u00e9 a obrann\u00e9 techniky sestaven\u00e9 do pevn\u00e9ho logick\u00e9ho po\u0159ad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u017d\u00e1k systematicky bojuje s\u00a0n\u011bkolika imagin\u00e1rn\u00edmi protivn\u00edky a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jednotliv\u00e9 \u00fato\u010dn\u00e9 a obrann\u00e9 prost\u0159edky v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch sm\u011brech. Tak cvi\u010den\u00ed vzor\u016f umo\u017e\u0148uje \u017e\u00e1kovi proj\u00edt mnoho z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pohyb\u016f v\u00a0logick\u00fdch s\u00e9ri\u00edch, rozvinout techniky sparringu, vylep\u0161it pru\u017enost pohyb\u016f, zvl\u00e1dnout nov\u00e9 pozice t\u011bla, vyvinout svalstvo a kontrolu dechu a z\u00edskat plynul\u00e9 a rytmick\u00e9 pohyby. T\u00e9\u017e to \u017e\u00e1kovi umo\u017en\u00ed osvojit si ur\u010dit\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed techniky, je\u017e by nemohl z\u00edskat ani ze cvi\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch technik, ani ze sparringu. Kr\u00e1tce \u0159e\u010deno, vzor m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159irovn\u00e1n k\u00a0taktice jednotky nebo slovu, je-li z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdcvik pohyb jednoho voj\u00e1ka nebo abeceda. A\u010dkoliv sparring m\u016f\u017ee nazna\u010dit, zda je protivn\u00edk v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b vysp\u011bl\u00fd, vzory jsou mnohem v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ukazatelem pro hodnocen\u00ed technik jednotlivce.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i cvi\u010den\u00ed vzor\u016f by se m\u011bly br\u00e1t v\u00a0\u00favahu tyto body:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vzor by m\u011bl za\u010d\u00ednat a kon\u010dit v\u017edy na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b. To ukazuje p\u0159esnost cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Po celou dobu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dodr\u017eov\u00e1ny spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 postoje a spr\u00e1vn\u00fd sm\u011br.<\/li>\n<li>Svaly t\u011bla mus\u00ed b\u00fdt spr\u00e1vn\u011b nap\u00edn\u00e1ny a uvol\u0148ov\u00e1ny dle jednotliv\u00fdch moment\u016f cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Cvi\u010den\u00ed by m\u011blo b\u00fdt prov\u00e1d\u011bno v\u00a0rytmick\u00e9m pohybu bez strnulosti.<\/li>\n<li>Zpomalen\u00e9 a zrychlen\u00e9 pohyby by m\u011bly b\u00fdt dodr\u017eov\u00e1ny p\u0159esn\u011b dle n\u00e1vrh\u016f vzor\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Ka\u017ed\u00fd vzor by m\u011bl b\u00fdt dokonale zvl\u00e1dnut\u00fd, ne\u017e se p\u0159ejde k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmu.<\/li>\n<li>\u017d\u00e1ci by m\u011bli zn\u00e1t \u00fa\u010del ka\u017ed\u00e9ho pohybu.<\/li>\n<li>\u017d\u00e1ci by m\u011bli prov\u00e1d\u011bt ka\u017ed\u00fd pohyb tak, jako by techniku re\u00e1ln\u011b aplikovali.<\/li>\n<li>Techniky \u00fatoku a obrany by m\u011bly b\u00fdt rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozlo\u017eeny mezi pravou a levou ruku a nohu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>V taekwondu je celkem 24 vzor\u016f. \u010c\u00edslo 24 bylo zvoleno z\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f:<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;\u017divot lidsk\u00e9 bytosti, t\u0159eba 100 let, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1n za 1 den ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0v\u011b\u010dnost\u00ed. Proto my, smrteln\u00edci, nejsme v\u00edce ne\u017e jen pouz\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed jdou mimo nekone\u010dn\u00e9 roky v\u011bk\u016f v\u00a0jednom dni.<\/p>\n<p>Je evidentn\u00ed, \u017ee nikdo nem\u016f\u017ee \u017e\u00edt d\u00e9le ne\u017e po omezenou dobu. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed se bl\u00e1zniv\u011b zotro\u010duj\u00ed materialismem, jako by mohli \u017e\u00edt tis\u00edce let. A n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 usiluj\u00ed o\u00a0to odk\u00e1zat dobr\u00fd duchovn\u00ed odkaz p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm generac\u00edm, a t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed nesmrtelnost. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee duch je v\u011b\u010dn\u00fd, zat\u00edmco materialismus ne. Tak\u017ee to, co my m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat, abychom zanechali n\u011bco pro dobro lidstva, je snad nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bc v\u00a0tomto \u017eivot\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 zde zanech\u00e1v\u00e1m taekwondo jako pam\u00e1tku na \u010dlov\u011bka 20. stolet\u00ed. 24 vzor\u016f reprezentuje 24 hodin, 1 den, nebo cel\u00fd m\u016fj \u017eivot.&#8220;
